Hachez l&rsquo;ail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sauter :<\/strong> Dans une casserole, chauffez l&rsquo;huile. Faites revenir l&rsquo;oignon pendant 2 minutes. Ajoutez l&rsquo;ail et m\u00e9langez bri\u00e8vement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajouter :<\/strong> Incorporez les d\u00e9s de carotte et le c\u00e9leri.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 2 : Construction et Cuisson<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Liquides &amp; Orge :<\/strong> Versez les tomates concass\u00e9es, le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, l&rsquo;origan et le poivre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rincer (Astuce Cl\u00e9) :<\/strong> <strong>Rincez l&rsquo;orge perl\u00e9<\/strong> sous l&rsquo;eau froide pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;absorption et la texture. Ajoutez-le \u00e0 la soupe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mijoter :<\/strong> Portez la soupe \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis baissez \u00e0 feu <strong>moyen-doux<\/strong>. Laissez mijoter pendant <strong>25 minutes<\/strong>.
