Voici une recette facile pour 4 personnes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 merguez (ou plus selon vos pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 oignon moyen, finement hach\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 gousses d\u2019ail, \u00e9cras\u00e9es<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 tomates m\u00fbres, pel\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s (ou une bo\u00eete de tomates concass\u00e9es)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de concentr\u00e9 de tomates<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 piments verts (optionnel, selon votre go\u00fbt pour le piquant)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de carvi moulu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de harissa (optionnel)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u00e0 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sel et poivre, selon votre go\u00fbt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer les merguez :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites cuire les merguez \u00e0 feu moyen dans une po\u00eale sans ajouter d\u2019huile. Une fois dor\u00e9es, r\u00e9servez-les et coupez-les en morceaux si souhait\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Faire revenir l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une grande po\u00eale ou une marmite, faites chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Ajoutez l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9, puis faites revenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils deviennent translucides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Ajouter les tomates :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporez les tomates en d\u00e9s et le concentr\u00e9 de tomates. M\u00e9langez bien. Laissez mijoter environ 10 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce \u00e9paississe l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li>Assaisonner :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez le paprika, le carvi, la harissa (si utilis\u00e9e), le sel et le poivre. M\u00e9langez bien. Si vous aimez le piquant, ajoutez les piments verts coup\u00e9s en deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li>Incorporer les merguez :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez les morceaux de merguez \u00e0 la sauce et laissez mijoter encore 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\n<li>Casser les \u0153ufs :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites des petits creux dans la sauce \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re et cassez d\u00e9licatement les \u0153ufs dedans. Couvrez et laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les blancs soient cuits mais que les jaunes restent coulants (ou plus cuits selon vos pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"7\">\n<li>Servir :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Servez imm\u00e9diatement, accompagn\u00e9 de pain croustillant pour d\u00e9guster la sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astuces :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une variante v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, remplacez les merguez par des l\u00e9gumes comme des poivrons ou des courgettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajustez le piquant en fonction de votre
