Le sel Couvrir et laisser lever 15min , puis ajouter les \u0153ufs m\u00e9langer un peu Ajouter l\u2019huile, puis ajouter le reste d\u2019eau ( l\u2019appareil sera liquide ) et ajoutez la farine petit \u00e0 petit jusqu\u2019\u00e0 que la p\u00e2te ne colle plus, elle doit rester souple.<\/li><li>Couvrez et laisser pousser 1h d\u00e9gazez et Prendre l\u2019\u00e9quivalent d\u2019une balle de golf de la p\u00e2te puis former des boudins. Les poser sur une plaque sulfuris\u00e9e, les couvrir et laisser lever 15 min.<\/li><li>Les frire des 2 c\u00f4t\u00e9s, 5 \u00e0 10 min, sur un feu moyennement \u00e0 fort pour que les fricass\u00e9s soient bien cuits \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Les mettre sur du papier absorbant avant de les garnir.<\/li><li>Laver les pommes de terre et les mettre \u00e0 bouillir 25 min environ. Cuire les \u0153ufs \u00e0 l\u2019eau pendant 15 min d\u00e8s que l\u2019eau bout.<\/li><li>\u00c9goutter l\u2019huile du thon dans une passoire, puis mettre dans un bol et r\u00e9server. \u00c9goutter les olives et les couper en 2, puis les r\u00e9server dans un bol<\/li><li>Couper les pommes de terre en d\u00e9s et les sal\u00e9s. Enlever la coque des \u0153ufs puis les couper en rondelles. Faire un m\u00e9lange harissa ou mayonnaise dans un bol. D\u00e8s que la pr\u00e9paration des garnitures est pr\u00eate, on peut commencer \u00e0 farcir les fricass\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Inciser un fricass\u00e9 au milieu dans le sens de la largeur sans toucher l\u2019autre bout.<\/li><li>\u00c9taler la sauce harissa \/mayonnaise, mettre des d\u00e9s de pomme de terre, du thon, quelques rondelles d\u2019\u0153uf, et des
