Battre les \u0153ufs avec le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit l\u00e9ger et mousseux.<br>jusqu\u2019\u00e0 agitation, ajouter la farine avec la levure chimique, remuer. Ajouter le beurre, le lait, l\u2019ar\u00f4me d\u2019amande et le zeste de citron r\u00e2p\u00e9. Couvrir d\u2019une pellicule plastique et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer pendant 3 heures.<br>Graisser le moule \u00e0 cake. Ajouter la p\u00e2te dans le moule. Ajouter les p\u00e9pites de chocolat au reste de p\u00e2te et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer. Cuire au four \u00e0 220\u00b0C\/430\u00b0F pendant 4 minutes, baisser \u00e0 180\u00b0C\/350\u00b0F et poursuivre la cuisson encore 5-6 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les coques deviennent dor\u00e9es.
