Verser l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 bien recouvrir l&rsquo;ail.<\/li><li>Faire chauffer \u00e0 feu doux pendant 1h. L&rsquo;huile doit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fr\u00e9mir mais surtout ne pas bouillir. Le temps de cuisson peut varier selon la taille des gousses d&rsquo;ail, les plus grosses mettront plus de temps \u00e0 cuire. V\u00e9rifier la cuisson en sortant une gousse et en appuyant dessus entre 2 doigts, la gousse doit \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement molle.<\/li><li>Laisser refroidir et verser dans un bocal et conserver au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Bien veiller \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;au fil des utilisations, les gousses soient toujours recouvertes d&rsquo;huile, elles se conservent 3 mois dans un bocal bien ferm\u00e9 et propre.
