{"id":1784,"date":"2023-03-28T14:20:11","date_gmt":"2023-03-28T13:20:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coujinti.com\/fr\/?p=1784"},"modified":"2023-03-28T14:20:12","modified_gmt":"2023-03-28T13:20:12","slug":"soupe-champignons-et-pommes-de-terre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coujinti.com\/fr\/2023\/03\/28\/soupe-champignons-et-pommes-de-terre\/","title":{"rendered":"Soupe  champignons et pommes de terre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 g de champignons&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>600 g de pommes de terre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g de l&rsquo;oignon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 ml\u00a0 de\u00a0 cr\u00e8mes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du persil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Huile<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire bouillir les pommes de terre lav\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire revenir dans une po\u00eale avec l&rsquo;huile, l&rsquo;oignon et les champignons coup\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirer les champignons, essuyer et \u00e9mincer les tranches de pommes de terre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saler et poivrer.
