Les saler abondamment et les laisser et laisser reposer 20 mn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couper l\u2019oignon, les tomates, les olives et hacher le persil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire revenir les oignons dans une po\u00eale avec l&rsquo;huile chaude, ajouter les aubergines.&nbsp;
