Triez les raisins secs, lavez-les bien puis broyer les \u00e0 laide d\u2019un hachoir \u00e0 viande puis ajouter un peu d\u2019eau p\u00e9trissez avec les mains et faites essorez son jus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez le jus de raisins secs dans un faitout avec l\u2019huile&nbsp;; posez sur le feu tout en remuant de temps \u00e0 autre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement, versez alors la bsissa et le sorgho petit \u00e0 petit en remuant puis&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 des graines de s\u00e9same et les amandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fouettez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un fouet en bois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 le rendre homog\u00e8ne et sans se coller aux parois du faitout, retirez la laklouka du feu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand elle refroidit, coupez-la en petits morceaux \u00e9gaux, formez des carr\u00e9es aux boudins ou des losanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enrobez \u2013les du reste de graines de s\u00e9same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A conserver longtemps dans une boite bien
