Ajouter la pur\u00e9e de tomate couvrir d&rsquo;eau et porter \u00e1 \u00e9bullition. R\u00e9duire le feu et faire mijoter \u00e1 couvert durant une heure.<\/li>\n<li>Retirer du feu.
