Remuer de temps en temps jusqu\u2019 \u00e0 ce que la viande roussisse un peu. Rajouter l&rsquo;eau et continuer la cuisson pendant 15 mn. Rajouter les petits pois et laisser cuir a feu doux jusqu&rsquo;a ce que la sauce soit un peu \u00e9paisse et ferme. Rajouter l&rsquo;ail une demi-cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de curry. Laisser encore 5 mn.
