Couper chaque fromage en deux dans le sens de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur. Poser un demi-crottin au centre d\u2019une feuille de brick. Parsemer les herbes finement coup\u00e9es. Fermer la feuille de Brick comme un petit paquet. Beurrer le dessus avec un pinceau tremp\u00e9 dans du beurre fondu. Recommencer avec les 3 autres feuilles de brick<\/li>\n<li>Mettre sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. Cuire au four 10 mn \u00e0 200\u00b0.\u00a0 Surveiller<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps pr\u00e9parer la vinaigrette en m\u00e9langeant d&rsquo;abord moutarde et vinaigre puis ajouter l&rsquo;huile en filet Saler, poivrer. Bien m\u00e9langer. Laver la salade trois fois.
