Laisse jusqu\u2019absorption tout en m\u00e9langeant soigneusement. Hacher finement quelques branches de persil et l&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 la viande cuite. Laisser mijoter encore 10 minutes. Ajouter un peu de tabel, sel, poivre et une petite cuill\u00e8re d&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9e. V\u00e9rifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement. M\u00e9langer encore et laisser a feu doux 5 min.<\/li>\n<li>Arr\u00eater la cuisson et laisser la viande refroidir 15 mn. Entre temps faire cuir 2 \u0153ufs dans l&rsquo;eau et les couper finement. Ajouter le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, 3 \u0153ufs crues, les \u0153ufs durs. M\u00e9langer bien l&rsquo;ensemble<\/li>\n<li>Au moment de la cuisson couper la feuille de brick en deux. Prendre un demis et plier sur les 2 bords. Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de la farce. Plier la feuille en forme de cigare. Assurez vous que la farce ne d\u00e9borde pas sur les cot\u00e9s et faire cuir imm\u00e9diatement a l&rsquo;huile chaude a feu moyen doux. Proc\u00e9der ainsi avec le reste des feuilles.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez aussi bien le cuir dans le four en remplissent un plateau de cigare et avant de mettre au four, les tromper avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive avec un pinceau.
