moyenne<\/li>\n<li>375g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de l&rsquo;eau de fleur d&rsquo;oranger<\/li>\n<li>1 verre et demi \u00e0 th\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sachet de levure p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de smen fondu<\/li>\n<li>Amandes \u00e9mond\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Le sirop<\/strong><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 verre \u00e0 th\u00e9 de jus d&rsquo;orange<\/li>\n<li>1 verre \u00e0 th\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>8 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<ul>\n<li>Faire le sirop en m\u00e9langeant le sucre, l\u2019eau, le jus d&rsquo;orange et le sachet de vanille dans une casserole et mettre le m\u00e9lange sur le feu moyen, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le sirop devienne l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pais.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre la semoule tamis\u00e9e dans un saladier, creuser un puits au centre, ajouter l&rsquo;eau de fleur d&rsquo;oranger et la levure, ajouter peu \u00e0 peu l&rsquo;eau et rassembler la p\u00e2te sans p\u00e9trir, il faut obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Badigeonner le moule avec le smen fondu et y verser la pr\u00e9paration, lisser la surface avec une spatule ensuite arroser la p\u00e2te de smen fondu, dessiner des losanges jusqu&rsquo;au fond de moule \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau pointu et d\u00e9corer avec des amandes enti\u00e8res \u00e9mond\u00e9es en pressant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dans chaque losange, laisser reposer pendant 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire dans un four moyennement chaud jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la surface commence \u00e0 \u00eatre dor\u00e9e, la pointe d&rsquo;un couteau doit sortir s\u00e8che.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois que le basboussa est cuit, le sortir du four et l&rsquo;arroser de sirop chaud ensuite poursuivre la cuisson jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le liquide soit absorb\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9guster
