Mettre les oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s avec les raisins secs le safran et le sucre en poudre dans une casserole avec de l&rsquo;huile. Faire fondre tr\u00e8s doucement en remuant de temps en temps.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez les aubergines dans le sens de la longueur. Creusez-les d\u00e9licatement.<\/li>\n<li>Couper la chair en petits d\u00e9s et l&rsquo;ajouter au m\u00e9lange oignons, raisins secs. Laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux 15 mn environ. M\u00e9langez le riz \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration au safran.<\/li>\n<li>Farcissez les aubergines de cette pr\u00e9paration. Arrosez d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;huile. Disposez-les dans un plat \u00e0 four huil\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez un peu d&rsquo;eau au fond du plat.
