{"id":1460,"date":"2020-04-03T18:48:11","date_gmt":"2020-04-03T17:48:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/coujinti.com\/fr\/?p=1460"},"modified":"2020-04-03T18:48:11","modified_gmt":"2020-04-03T17:48:11","slug":"gateau-au-petit-suisse-et-au-lait","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coujinti.com\/fr\/2020\/04\/03\/gateau-au-petit-suisse-et-au-lait\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau au petit suisse et au lait"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"comTitle\">Compl\u00e9xit\u00e9: <\/span>F<br \/>\n<span class=\"comTitle\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration : <\/b><\/span><b>20<\/b> mn<br \/>\n<b> <span class=\"comTitle\">Cuisson :<\/span> <\/b>45 mn<br \/>\n<b> <span class=\"comTitle\">Repos : <\/span>0<\/b> mn<br \/>\n<span class=\"comTitle\"><b>Nombre de personne :<\/b><\/span><b> 5<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"comTitle\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<ul>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>125g de beurre ramolli<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tasse de lait<\/li>\n<li>1 petit suisse<\/li>\n<li>2 tasses de farine<\/li>\n<li>2 sachets de levure p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>40g de fruits confits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Sirop d&rsquo;orange<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 verre \u00e0 th\u00e9 de jus d&rsquo;orange<\/li>\n<li>70g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de glucose<\/li>\n<li>1 feuille de g\u00e9latine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<ul>\n<li>Mettre la g\u00e9latine \u00e0 tremper dans l&rsquo;eau froide.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une casserole, faire chauffer le jus d&rsquo;orange, le sucre et la glucose, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, remuer constamment avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois, laisser r\u00e9duire pendant 8 minutes, hors du feu, ajouter la g\u00e9latine essor\u00e9e, bien m\u00e9langer, laisser le sirop ti\u00e9dir.<\/li>\n<li>Travailler dans un m\u00e9langeur \u00e9lectrique le beurre ramolli et le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient cr\u00e9meux, incorporer les \u0153ufs un par un et continuer \u00e0 travailler entre chaque \u0153uf, incorporer la farine tamis\u00e9e, la levure, le sucre vanill\u00e9, bien m\u00e9langer, ajouter le lait et le petit suisse et travailler jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit homog\u00e8ne et onctueuse, incorporer d\u00e9licatement les fruits confits.<\/li>\n<li>Beurrer et fariner un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9, verser le m\u00e9lange dedans. Lisser la surface.<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 45 \u00e0 50 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rifier la cuisson avec la pointe d&rsquo;un couteau, il doit ressortir propre, laisser 10 minutes et d\u00e9mouler sur une grille.<\/li>\n<li>Servir le g\u00e2teau dans un plat et napper de sirop
