Pour le g\u00e2teau au yaourt : m\u00e9langer yaourt + sucre + farine + huile + levure + 4 jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs. Puis monter les blancs en neige et les incorporer \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. Mettre dans un moule beurrer et fariner, puis au four. V\u00e9rifier la cuisson en trempant la lame d&rsquo;un couteau dans la p\u00e2te, si le couteau ressort net sans p\u00e2te il est cuit.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me ganache lorsque le g\u00e2teau au yaourt d\u00e9moul\u00e9 est presque froid. Chauffer la cr\u00e8me liquide et attendre qu&rsquo;elle boue. Arr\u00eater le feu puis incorporer le chocolat que vous aurez au pr\u00e9alable cass\u00e9 en petits morceaux. Commencer \u00e0 battre au fouet en commen\u00e7ant toujours par le centre et le chocolat va doucement se lier a la cr\u00e8me voila votre cr\u00e8me ganache pr\u00eate (elle durcit en refroidissant).<\/li>\n<li>Couper le g\u00e2teau au yaourt en 2 pour pouvoir le garnir. Sur une partie du g\u00e2teau, mettre une grosse moiti\u00e9 de ganache, des morceaux de kit-kat et les pots de danette \u00e0 la vanille et au chocolat. Refermer avec la deuxi\u00e8me partie de g\u00e2teau.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre la seconde couche de ganache sur le g\u00e2teau, elle doit couler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, (elle durcit tr\u00e8s vite et donne un beau brillant).<\/li>\n<li>Quand la cr\u00e8me est presque fig\u00e9e, d\u00e9corer le g\u00e2teau avec des
