Laisser reposer un moment<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer la farce avec un m\u00e9lange de persil, oignon, du thon bien hach\u00e9, fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 et un \u0153uf cru entier. Assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre.<\/li>\n<li>Diviser la viande hach\u00e9e en deux boules \u00e9gales et les \u00e9craser avec la paume de la main jusqu\u2019 \u00e1 ce qu&rsquo;elle devienne 1 centim\u00e8tre d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur sur une surface plate. Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de persil sur toute la surface de la viande, ajouter ensuite l&rsquo;\u0153uf entier pr\u00e9alablement cuit, renouveler\u00a0 la m\u00eame op\u00e9ration avec la deuxi\u00e8me partie de la viande.<\/li>\n<li>Rouler la viande par un fil blanc (fil \u00e1 coudre) autour des deux boules form\u00e9es tout autour. Dans une po\u00eale pas trop huil\u00e9e, faire dorer les boules de viande sur toutes ses faces \u00e1 feu moyen. Prendre ensuite les deux boules et les ajouter \u00e1 la sauce tomate . Laisser bouillir un moment \u00e1 feu doux, ensuite mettre au four en couvrant la surface de votre r\u00e9cipient de papier aluminium durant 50 min.<\/li>\n<li>Faire sortir du four et laisse refroidir.
