Battre pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange clair. Tamiser la farine et l&rsquo;ajouter en la m\u00e9langeant bien. Fa\u00e7onner des petites boules de la taille d&rsquo;une noix. Les disposer sur la plaque et les aplatir avec une fourchette humides dor\u00e9s, faire cuire pendant 7 \u00e0 8 mn, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s, faire refroidir sur une grille. Mettre le chocolat dans un bol, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition la moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;une casserole d&rsquo;eau, retirer du feu et mettre le bol au-dessus de la casserole d&rsquo;eau bouillante, en prenant soin de ne pas reposer le fond du bol sur l&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>Faire fondre le chocolat lentement et enlever le bol de la casserole. Plonger un c\u00f4t\u00e9 des biscuits dans le chocolat et les disposer sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9.
