Assaisonner avec l\u2019huile les \u00e9pices, le sel et le poivre. Ajouter la gousse d\u2019ail \u00e9minc\u00e9 et les \u00e9pinards hach\u00e9s finement et m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre une couche de feuilles de brick dans un plat huil\u00e9 allant au four. Verser la moiti\u00e9 de m\u00e9lange \u0153ufs et fromage disposer une deuxi\u00e8me couche de feuille de brick.<\/li>\n<li>Etaler cette couche avec le thon et finir avec une couche de feuille de brick.
