Au moment de la cuisson couper la feuille de brick en deux.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le persil, laisser cuir 10 minutes. Laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<li>Pour l&rsquo;assaisonnement utiliser le curcuma au lieu du tabel 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe.<\/li>\n<li>Prendre un demi et plier sur les 2 bords. Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de la farce.<\/li>\n<li>Plier la feuille en forme de cigare.
