Pelez \u2013les chaudes, coupez-les en lamelles et placez-les dans 4 bols. M\u00e9langez le jus de citron de la sauce avec le miel, le vinaigre, la moutarde, du sel et l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Nappez-en les pommes de terre.<\/li>\n<li>Pelez les oranges \u00e0 vif en r\u00e9cup\u00e9rant le jus qui coule et d\u00e9tachez les quartiers. Ep\u00e9pinez-les, posez-les sur les pommes de terre et arrosez de jus r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Pelez et coupez l\u2019oignon en rondelles.
