A la fin de la cuisson les \u00e9goutter et les passer sous l&rsquo;eau froide. Mettre les poivrons dans le four pendant 10 mn, le peler quand ils ont refroidir et les d\u00e9tailler en lamelles.<\/li>\n<li>Couper les calmars en fines tranches. les d\u00e9poser dans un plat avec le poivron. Dans un bol m\u00e9langer huile, jus de citron, oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 fin. Salader et poivrer.<\/li>\n<li>Verser l&rsquo;assaisonnement sur les calmars.
