Simultan\u00e9ment, faites cuire dans une casserole les autres ingr\u00e9dients. Faites mijoter un oignon coup\u00e9 en rondelles, dans 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de poudre de poivron rouge, arrosez d&rsquo; un verre d&rsquo;eau et mettez un cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe bien pleine de pur\u00e9e de tomate, un pinc\u00e9e de poudre de cumin, 4 gousses d&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es, salez et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu r\u00e9duit, pendant 1\/4 d&rsquo;heure \u00e0 peu pr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Ecrasez les lentilles en pur\u00e9e, puis m\u00e9langez cette pur\u00e9e avec la sauce dans la casserole et continuez la cuisson \u00e0 feu r\u00e9duit, pendant quelques minutes (l&rsquo;\u00e9cume vue \u00e0 la surface dispara\u00eet et la soupe est \u00e9paisse). Ajoutez \u00e0 la fin un cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;harissa.<\/li>\n<li>Servez chaud avec du pain grill\u00e9. C&rsquo;est un plat riche en fer (lentilles).
