{"id":1204,"date":"2018-06-04T02:01:51","date_gmt":"2018-06-04T01:01:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/coujinti.com\/fr\/?p=1204"},"modified":"2018-06-04T02:01:51","modified_gmt":"2018-06-04T01:01:51","slug":"soupe-specialite-tunisienne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coujinti.com\/fr\/2018\/06\/04\/soupe-specialite-tunisienne\/","title":{"rendered":"Soupe sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 tunisienne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"comTitle\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr viande d&rsquo;agneau<\/li>\n<li>150 gr de chiir (graines d&rsquo;orge)<\/li>\n<li>50 gr de persil<\/li>\n<li>50 gr de c\u00e9leri<\/li>\n<li>150 gr de pois chiches (tremp\u00e9s)<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res\u00a0 \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8res\u00a0 \u00e0 soupe de concentr\u00e9 de tomate<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8res\u00a0 \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;harissa<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 piment rouge<\/li>\n<li>poivre noir<\/li>\n<li>citron<\/li>\n<li>ail hache<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<ul>\n<li>Dans une marmite faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon, la viande coup\u00e9e en petits morceau et les pois chiches avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Ajouter la tomate concentr\u00e9e dilu\u00e9e dans un bol d&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n<li>Assaisonner et laisse \u00e0 petit feu durant 10 min. Entre temps nettoyer le chiir dans eaux, et ajouter dans la marmite. Ajouter deux litres d&rsquo;eau et laisser cuir \u00e0 feu moyen durant 2 heures mais il faut surveiller et m\u00e9langer de temps en temps pour que les graines ne collent pas \u00e0 la marmites.<\/li>\n<li>Nettoyer le c\u00e9leri et le persil.
