Les laisser frire un peu durant 5 \u00e0 10 minutes a feu moyen. Eplucher et couper en petits d\u00e9s les carottes et le c\u00e9leri.<\/li>\n<li>Des que l&rsquo;oignon est plus tendre, ajouter l&rsquo;eau deux litres et les l\u00e9gumes coup\u00e9s en petits d\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition durant 45 min ou jusqu&rsquo;a ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient pr\u00eats. Ajouter la tomate concentr\u00e9e et les petits pois. Laisser 10 min ensuite le poisson et les crevettes.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rifier le go\u00fbt ensuite sinon ajouter un peu de sel.<\/li>\n<li>Dix minutes avant de servir, ajoute la p\u00e2te (\u00e0 votre choix).
