Mettre le beurre \u00e0 fondre dans une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les oignons dans la casserole ; les laisser blondir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en remuant de temps \u00e0 autre. Pendant ce temps, \u00e9plucher les pommes de terre et les d\u00e9tailler en gros morceaux.<\/li>\n<li>Verser les tomates en conserve avec leur jus. Ajouter les pommes de terre. Saler, poivrer, ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de sucre pour corriger l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 et le thym. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n<li>Soupe \u00e0 la tomate, aux oignons et aux pommes de terre<\/li>\n<li>Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 20 minutes (les pommes de terre doivent \u00eatre tendres). Passer au mixer, ajuster l&rsquo;assaisonnement si n\u00e9cessaire.
