Ebouillantez 2 secondes les tomates, pelez-les, \u00e9p\u00e9pinez-les et coupez-les en quatre. Coupez le navet. Ep\u00e9pinez le poivron et coupez-le. Coupez en d\u00e9s le potiron, les pommes de terre et l&rsquo;oignon pel\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une cocotte faites revenir dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, tous les l\u00e9gumes sans les brunir. Ajoutez le safran, le piment, salez, poivrez. Versez 1 litre d&rsquo;eau et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Placez le couscous dans le haut du couscoussier, au-dessus de la marmite pendant 30 mn.<\/li>\n<li>Au moment de servir placez le couscous dans un plat chaud, m\u00e9langez-y des noix de beurre et parsemez de cumin.<\/li>\n<li>Arrosez avec le bouillon, placez au centre les l\u00e9gumes.
