d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>3 c\u00e0c d&rsquo;harissa et<\/li>\n<li>2 c\u00e0s de concentr\u00e9 de tomates.<\/li>\n<li>Piment m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en entier<\/li>\n<li>1 tomate<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 l d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>500g de couscous<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00e0 4 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/li>\n<li>Courgettes<\/li>\n<li>carottes<\/li>\n<li>potiron<\/li>\n<li>2 poissons (sardine)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<ul>\n<li>Plucher les oignons, \u00e9mincer les et les faire blondir dans l\u2019huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter l&rsquo;harissa et le concentr\u00e9 de tomates.<\/li>\n<li>Saler et poivrer.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le piment et le tomate et mouiller avec 1\/2 l d&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n<li>Humidifier avec 20 cl environ 500g de couscous et ajouter 3 \u00e0 4 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer et disposer dans le fond du panier du couscoussier.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrir et mettre le panier sur la marmite.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e8s que la vapeur se d\u00e9gage, compter 20 min environ<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les sardines coup\u00e9es sur deux et les courgettes, les carottes, le potiron dans la marmite.<\/li>\n<li>Compter 15 \u00e0 20 min.<\/li>\n<li>Servir le couscous en d\u00f4me mouill\u00e9 de la sauce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<hr
