Laver les dattes tr\u00e8s rapidement ou seulement les essuyer, les \u00e9noyauter et les couper en deux dans la longueur.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire le couscous une premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 la vapeur de deux litres d&rsquo;eau bouillante. pendant une vingtaine de minutes, le retirer du feu et le verser sur un plateau.
