Ajoutez le concentr\u00e9 de tomate, la cannelle et le pois chiche tremp\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Salez et couvrez avec 1 et 1\/2 litres d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>Faites saisir dans l&rsquo;huile les pommes de terre et potiron coup\u00e9s en gros tron\u00e7ons<\/li>\n<li>Passez la graine 2 fois \u00e0 la vapeur<\/li>\n<li>Rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement et ajouter les poissons avec le safran<\/li>\n<li>Passez la graine une troisi\u00e8me fois \u00e0 la vapeur<\/li>\n<li>Retirez les poissons d\u00e9licatement, passez le bouillon et versez-en une louche sur la graine
