Couvrez copieusement d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>Posez l\u00e0-dessus de kesk\u00e8s et versez dans le fond le reste des fenouils, que vous aurez coup\u00e9s tr\u00e8s finement<\/li>\n<li>Salez tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et laissez passer la vapeur, en surveillant<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez entre temps les boulettes en amalgamant la viande hach\u00e9e avec l&rsquo;ail pil\u00e9, l&rsquo;\u0153uf entier , la cannelle, le poivre et du sel<\/li>\n<li>Formez-en des boulettes de la grosseur d&rsquo;une noix. Roulez-les dans de la farine et faites-les frire<\/li>\n<li>Gardez-les au chaud dans un bon coulis de tomates. Quand vous aurez enlev\u00e9 les fenouils coulis \u00e0 la vapeur, mettez le couscous \u00e0 leur place et passez-le \u00e0 la vapeur sur l&rsquo;eau parfum\u00e9e de fenouils<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s le troisi\u00e8me passage \u00e0 la vapeur, beurrez la graine plus largement et m\u00e9langez-la aux fenouils dans le plat de service<\/li>\n<li>Arrosez d&rsquo;une partie du colis de tomates et
