Nettoyez les f\u00e8ves, mettez-les dans la passoire, saupoudrez de sel et de poivre noir. Placez par-dessus les pommes de terre \u00e9pluch\u00e9es. Saupoudrez \u00e9galement de sel et de poivre noir. Ajoutez l&rsquo;oignon rap\u00e9 couvrez.<\/li>\n<li>Posez sur la marmite contenant l&rsquo;eau bouillante (la passoire doit adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 la marmite, laissez cuire \u00e0 la vapeur. Retirez, m\u00e9langez avec le couscous, puis enduisez d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Accompagnez ce plat de petit lait et d&rsquo;oeufs durs. Si vous voulez obtenir un couscous \u00e9pic\u00e9, mettez \u00e0 bouillir un verre d&rsquo;huile, retirez du feu puis ajoutez le poivre rouge.
